How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, our team will share shipment details, including the courier information and tracking number, via email or your assigned merchandiser. For bulk or B2B orders, regular production and shipment updates are provided as per the agreed Time & Action (T&A) plan.

TexKnot sources a wide range of materials including cotton, organic cotton, recycled polyester, viscose, linen, and blended fabrics. All materials are selected based on buyer requirements, quality standards, and sustainability compliance.

As a manufacturing and supply partner, TexKnot follows buyer-approved quality standards. Any quality concerns are handled according to the agreed contract, pre-production approvals, and final inspection reports. Returns or replacements are managed on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. TexKnot supplies garments to international clients worldwide, including Europe, North America, and Asia. We handle FOB, CIF, and other shipment terms based on buyer preference.

We recommend following the care label instructions provided with each garment. Generally, washing in cold water, using mild detergents, and air drying helps extend the life of sustainable fabrics and reduces environmental impact.

Yes. We support compliant factory production from 3,000 pieces and local factory production from 300 pieces, based on buyer needs.
